how can i gain weight and bulk up?
I need somebody to tell me what some food I can eat to help me gain weight.can somebody tell me some specific foods I should be eating.I dont want an answer like fruits and vegetables,i need specific foods.how many meals should I eat a day,including snacks?also what exercies can i do to help me bulk up?Im a slim dude 5′8 weigh 150.can somebody please help me out
also,does anybody know any sites that show picturs of exercies for the upper body,besides weight lifting cuz i dont have weights in my house

I think I read somewhere to eat nuts and foods with healthy protein or something like that…no "bad" fatty foods like cake, cookies, ect., that will make you a fattie, not nice and "toned," I guess "toned"…
I know that you don’t have weights, but I think that it would be wise to buy some or get a gym membership…
