Tuesday, March 9th, 2010

I drove by the store at a bout 8 pm and there was at least 20 police cars from nearby areas and state troopers with their lights blazing. I cant find anything on the internet, I was just curious if anyone new what happened last night

It could have been a false alarm if there was nothing on the news.

In India, they are often called "butter fruit", or so I am told.

Can you grow and how can you grow fruit seeds?

Monday, March 1st, 2010

I was wondering how can you grow a nectarine seed that you got from a fruit market. Is it possible? And how. I love them and after I ate one and looked at the seed just wanted to know if its possible to grow them and how.

I got my nectarine tree in the spring from Lowes and planted it per the instructions. It’s doing just fine now. It will go into hybernation during the winter and begin to bloom in the spring. Hopefully it will put out a few nectarines. As the tree ages and grows, I expect a larger output.

If you want to try to grow the tree from the seed, go here:

I now sell fruit cake in Manila, Philippines. I have no market yet, could you refer me to one? Please comment.

Saturday, February 27th, 2010

This fruit cake is one of the best I have tested. It is cheap weighing 500 grams and costing P250 pesos or about US$5 excluding freight cost. It lasts for one year with best taste. The ingredients are as follows: flour, butter, eggs, sugar, molasses, walnuts, pecan, pili, cashew nuts, dates, raisins, US glace cake mix, cherries, brandy and flavourings.

In the US Fruit cake is used to build dams with, noone likes it.
