We should use ganja for that!

what foods break down faster in viniger
it really depends on the density of the product you are breaking down. If you were soaking bread in vinegar, it would first be affected by the liquid properties of vinegar, because its surface is immensely porous and it has air bubbles in its surface for the liquid to travel through.
A piece of celery, however has a denser surface which is not as porous, therefore it will take longer for the liquid and the vinegar to break down the celery – if it were a wafer thin slice, it might break down faster.
It is really based on the density of the cells in the surface.
Meats will simply be tenderized by vinegar, but it may take several days or weeks before the vinegar breaks down the cells.
I never knew/heard of anyone hate meat, vegetables, and fruit… That’s strange, no offense though.
But, you may want to start getting out of your habit, and start eating healthy food with something else to make it taste better. For example, get celery sticks + peanut butter.
Good luck!

I had a funny thought today.
What would happen if I ate nothing but protein (meat) for two days, and then eat nothing but fruits and veggies for the next two days?
’cause I’m currently on the Body Trim diet plan, doing the three day meat-only detox to lose weight, but I’m going around to a friends tomorrow who is a vegetarian. Instead of just wrecking my diet and eating tonnes bread and diary and junkfood, I thought maybe I could switch and do a fruit and veggies only day instead.
Because hey, I figure that there are diets out there like fruit fasts and stuff and people lose weight on those.
so what do you think would happen?
i definitely think you should eat fruit and vegies for a few days luv …… meat only sounds as scary as flip to me ……. i’m very close to being vegan and only eat meat once a week…… i’m curious to know where you get your calcium from if you’re eating only meat for a few days….. sheesh, without calcium you’ll get slapper headaches and migraines, constipation, bloating, achy bones, irritable and moody and nasty mood swinging …….. gosh, calcium is so essential for keeping your heart beating, neural functioning, immunity and digestive health and bone and tooth health …… eat the leafy greens even when you’re planning on just eating meat …. they’re bursting with living enzymes (which are essential for effective digestion), antioxidants critical B complex vitamins …….. eat living fresh foods …… leafy and green vegies and also fruits like carrotts and oranges are bursting with easily assimilable calcium.
EDIT
oh, sorry, what i think would happen is that you would prolly have little to no issues with constipation if you increased your fibre and water intake by eating loads more fresh leafy and green vegies and some fruits.
you would be bursting with energy.
peace baby

Apart from not buying them in the first place. ![]()
As far as fruit and veg are concerned, avoid all the supermarkets and buy from high-street greengrocers or markets. Not only loads cheaper but often better quality because – on weekdays at least – they’re buying only that morning from the wholesale market.
For example, today from our local greengrocer I got 1kg super-sweet salad toms for £1, four big cobs of corn for £1.50, five nectarines for £1 and a bag of new-season English apples (haven’t weighed it but 10 medium-sized apples) for £1.20. About the only thing that supermarkets can compete on is bananas, which they sell as a loss-leader.
Re meat… buy cheaper cuts (stewing/braising steak) – no use for frying but wonderful in casseroles, hotpots etc and stretch a lot further that way. And buy whole chicken not portions, then you can use the carcass as base for fantastic soup which freezes well, too.
