Is it okay that I live on fruit, veggies, fish and cereal?

cereal – stuff like bran flakes and shredded wheat
i dont eat meat apart from fish
sometimes i eat rice (when i have sushi) and occasionally egg
i have soups a lot
is this healthy?

Sounds pretty healthy to me. Of course it depends on the proportions you eat of everything, but if you have fish a few times a week you should get lots of essential oils and enough protein for your diet. Also, most prepackaged breakfast cereals are fortified with minerals these days. If you eat them with milk, you will also get plenty of calcium, although I think they are sometimes even fortified with calcium.
